A little about ourselves:
We want to provide the knowledge of Krav Maga/Self Defense to our students without requiring them to be Martial Arts experts or in peak physical condition. You will learn how to effectively defend against all the confrontations you may run into in everyday life. Which statistics say 1 out of every 9 people will be involved in a violent attack and or crime in their lifetime. And that percentage gets higher every year. This includes, but not limited to, strikes, grabs, chokes, bear hugs, knife and bat attacks and gun threats. Sure there are other Self Defense schools out there, but unfortunately they spend a majority of their time on cardiovascular training. Ever heard a Karate Black Belt talk about how much weight they lost while mastering the art? We scale back on the cardio that can be done at ones own leisure if desired and provide in-depth focus on the techniques that can save your life. Everyone should be able to defend themselves at any time, no matter their their level of cardio. Our system, though based on Krav Maga, combines several techniques from multiple martial arts styles to give the student several ways to combat an attack.
